G no ARASHI!!!!!!!
Okay so lately I've been surfing around in YouTube, watching videos of several bands, mainly Arashi and Dong Bang Shin Gi, and sometimes straying off to watch TeniMyu backstage videos. Ahem.. back to why I started this post in the first place. I thought this would fit somewhere here in my LJ because it's got cosplaying involved, even though it's an Arashi show. Okay! So there's this show called "G no Arashi" where viewers write in to them because they have a problem they need help with or they just need some encouragement, and I happened to come across last November's show. Among the hopefuls, Arashi chose a 16 year old girl cosplayer who needed help because she didn't have the courage to confess to a guy she liked from work.
Ohno and MatsuJun personally went down to Heine's (the girl's name) place in Akiba prefecture, to discuss how they could help out. They explored her room, which had TeniPuri posters and costumes all over, and even got her to cosplay for them. I think MatsuJun reads FMA because he knew the "chibi" word was taboo for Edward. True to character Heine told MatsuJun off for calling him "chibi", which freaked him out a bit. LOL. His expression was really amusing :P
When the Arashi duo asked for more details about the guy, Heine told them his name was Asano, 30 years old (?!) and a really nice person, then she got all embarassed. The difficult thing for them was that they had no idea if he had a girlfriend, or how he felt about cosplayers. Even the guy's manager (they called) didn't have a clue. So the two of them decided to ask Asano-san personally - by having Ohno dress up as a Gundam Seed character (I think it was Tolle! Couldn't really tell from the wig..), because they didn't want him to be suspicious about their true intentions. They staked out his apartment and waited for him to come out of the building. Ohno then rushed out to him and asked him for directions, saying he wanted to go to Akihabara but didn't know the way. And after that, Ohno made small talk and said that Asano would surely have a girlfriend, seeing as he was a cool guy. Haha! Asano embarassedly denied he had one, and offered to walk with Ohno to show him the way to the train station. Hmm... nice guy! After that, Ohno rushed back to where the other two were waiting, and from there they discussed how to put their next plan into motion. But before that, Heine said she wanted to change into her Nioh Masaharu costume before she confessed to Asano-san.
Later, the Arashi duo decided to call out Asano by pretending they had some work to discuss. While waiting for him they also called Heine's cosplay friends to come cheer her on (there was a Gintoki and a Linali! XD)
But when Asano arrived, all of them left Heine alone to confess and to ask him out (not without attaching a mic to her first :p). No doubt he was stunned lol! He took like forever to think about it... and he agreed to go out with her, to everyone's surprise. Banzai! The mission was a success!
It was then that everyone rushed over to congratulate them and the Arashi duo revealed themselves to Asano-san. He didn't recognize that Ohno was the guy from that afternoon lol! And they all cheered "Hure, Hure, Co. Su. Pu. Re!"
