Okay so first half of break:
Friday night:
~Got my bellybutton pierced ($40)
~Ate some home cooked gourmet food at ERica's house prepared by her dad
~Helped ERica's mom by stuffing packets
Saturday:
~Woke up around 10 or 11
~Sore as hell from the piercing, can't bend over (ERica had to put on my socks)
*Note to others: Belly piercings hurt like a BITCH!!
~Had some makeup fun with Erica and her mom (her mom sells mary Kay so we got to play with a whole bunch of cool new samples)
~Wound up buying a lot of Mary Kay products
~Ate dinner with her folks and sister at Marge and Paul's (a restraunt where they played live music, good times)
~After dinner Erica, Lisa (Erica's sister), Tim (Erica's friend), Kelly (Lisa's friend), and I went to the bar. At first we were gonna go to Rum Runners but then decided that would be too expensive, and decided to go to Bleacher's instead.
*Erica was the only one of us that would get up and sing karaoke (she sang "whatta man")
*Played some darts
*Played some pool
*Got lots of drinks
*Met some funny older people
Sunday:
~Woke up with a bit of a hangover
~Erica's parents take us out to breakfast
~Drove around for a bit, got a tour of Niles and Southbend
~Kind of wasted the day I think, took the dog for a walk, played around with her other animals, and just kind of relaxed
~Later on we went to her friend Andrew's house and watched the movie "Waking Life". A kick ass film that really makes you think and will freak you out
~Got back to her house and crashed
Monday:
~Woke up at 10 or 11
~Went to the mall, hitting up all of the sale racks
*Erica got the best deal of the day (a suede skirt originally $178, marked down to $29.99, used a gift card and only had to pay $6.72)
*Got lots of fun new clothes that I"m excited about
~Saw Starsky and Hutch, funny movie, but not hilarious
~did some laundry
Tuesday:
~Woke up at about 10 or 11
~went and grabbed some grub at the Chicago hot dog stand (damn good hot dogs!)
~Came back and started making some sushi
*ERica, her dad, and I really sucked it up on our first rolls but by the third ones we were kickin' ass. And it doesn't matter if they don't look perfect b/c they still taste great!
~Did some more laundry, and watched a movie
Wednesday:
~Woke up at 9
~Finished packing, said goodbye to her folks and headed up to Albion
~But we had to stop in Lansing to drop off a package to some lady for Erica's mom. She gave us the worst directions and it took us FOREVER to find her place.
~Got back to Albion, cleaned up a bit, and took a nap
~Jeremy came over and we hung out
*tried to play mousetrap but the instruction were only in Spanish, so we kind of made our own rules up
*So the game didn't really work but it was still loads of fun
*Played some ping pong, I won 2 out of 3 games (this is horrible b/c usually I crush him, oh well, at least now he's some competition ;))
~Went to bed
Thursday:
~Started packing
~Went to eat at the PIcadilly Cafe, really good and cheap
~Found out my balance and realized I couldn't go to DEtroit with Erica
~Later I called to see if my car had been fixed yet
*Turns out that they ordered the wrong part, so instead of being able to pick up my car today I won't be able to get ituntil MOnday.
~So here it is 3:30 on Thursday and I'm in Albion for the rest of break
