Getting to know me
Here are some answers to some questions that Risingscorpion asked me. I'd make her name in blue if I knew how to do that. (Yep, I'm a n00b!)
Here are the questions:
1.) How do you like your eggs (if you eat them)?
2.) Where is the LAST place on earth you want to be?
3.) If you could have LUNCH (not sex) with any three beings...cartoons, celebrities, alive or dead people, etc...who would they be and why?
4.) How did you and Tom meet?
5.) What would you say is your best quality? (that's like a real interview question..hehe)
1. I really don't like eggs but when I order them at a resturant I usually order them scrambled. Then I douse them in tabasco sauce so I don't have to expirence their flavor.
2. The last place on Earth I would want to be is at a flea market or anywhere near a clown. Sorry that's not more of a location but I hate second hand goods in an outdoor environment and I'm terrified of clowns. In reality I wouldn't want to be in Downtown Portland. The place just gives me the creeps. Nothing makes sense the streets are odd the people are odd.. it's like walking into a different dimension.
3. I would want to have lunch with my grandma, great grandma and my old dog Tiffers. These are all people that I loved and just to see their faces once more would make me the happiest person in the world. Each one of these were taken from this world before their time and just the thought of getting to see them again makes me all teary eyed.
4. Tom and I met over the internet. To make a long story short.. I posted a personal and he responded to it. I invited him to come and see me play tuba at a symphony practice. He didn't show up.. and I was ticked. When I went outside there he was, he was to shy to come in, and as I was walking past him he said to me "is that a silver tuba in there." I told him I would be the only one playing a silver tuba. We talked outside my car for at least an hour then decided to go to the movies. I should have been home studying for my Chemistry test. I sat a whole seat away from him during the movie and I have yet to live this down.
5. This is by far the toughest question. When I'm asked during an interview I usually say that my listening skills and attention to detail are my best qualities. Which is true, I'm one of the rare people that can be told to do something and be sent off to do it without supervision. Really though I believe my best quality is telling stories. Everything that happens to me is an adventure and I love to recount these adventures to people. I'm famous for my stories of "can you believe what happened to me at *insert lame place like Walmart*. Maybe you just have to be high to enjoy them but everyone always seems to laugh. Hmm.. maybe they are lauging at me and not with me.
