The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I liked this book. I thought it was an enjoyable story. I kind of get the controversy around but think people are being a bit too sensitive. So I set all the talk aside and just read as a fictional piece of literature and I liked the main character and the adventures she had. I look forward to reading the next two.
