Heartless don't attack beings who don't have Hearts to begin with, so it's not like they can do anything to me

Of course they aren't attacking you. They've already got what they were after from you. They have no more use of you.

Not much you can do. Unless you want to follow the silver-haired ass' plan to harvest hearts into Kingdom Hearts and try to regain your heart that way.
