I just cannot believe that woman!
I could not believe my words
Words of someone just off work, exhausted and sleepy...
Words from my lips after total disbelief made way for complete anger.
I worked last night. I had slept til 7 am yesterday and nothing since.
So I am decidedly exhausted and ready to soak in my bath and sleep.
I had made the extra trip to my parents to pick my Mom and the boys up.
We drove to my house then, and were just making our way up the steps when the boy's step mom drove up and parked. I could see from her expression she was not in a good mood. She picked up a bundle of clothes and when I asked what she needed she stormed up my steps and followed us in the house.
She dropped the clothes and proceeded to loudly state that she brought what belonged to me as far as clothes and wanted what she had sent them to the basektball game on Sunday with. She then got louder and said "Danny lied" and spouted other things like "i want those clothes now!"
I looked at her and asked her why she was doing this. Why didn't she see that I was tired? Why did she not call first and do this later. I tried to find the clothes but realized we had taken all clothes to the basement for washing and the others were still unclean in a basket in the boy's room.
I started to get frustrated...
I asked her to please leave my home if she was going to yell like this as I did not want anything to do with it.
She got louder. Sarcastically hatefully she stated "I tried to call but no one was home" Well yes. I happen to work. Yes I do. I started to realize this was really how she is all the time and that was why the boys sometimes come home yelling and angry and spiteful and it takes me forever to heal their spirits. NO wonder.
I looked at her and stated "GET OUT of my home woman" not even honouring her with her name. Her name is such contrariness to who and what she is. She got nastier. Spitting out "well you better watch out or next time you want me to babysit your children I won't do it"
That was it.
I just looked at her and stated she married Rick and his kids were hers not to babysit, but to be step mother to. Then I requested she leave again. That When I wake up after resting I would gather the clothes up.
She left spitting and hissing like an angry rabid dog.
I sit here amazed that someone like that could have to be part of my life, and what did my Ex see in her.

*sigh* What is wrong with people.
