Official Ministry Invitations and Voting Ballots
Dear Valued Member of the Wizarding World,
You are hereby cordially invited to the awarding of the Orders of Merlin which have been earned by various illustrious members of our society in the course of brave and heroic deeds during our most recent war.
This very formal event will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Pegasus Hotel in Diagon Alley, on Friday, 26 May, beginning at five o’clock in the evening.
For this glorious event, the Ministry of Magic will allow temporary waiver of Registry Curfew restrictions as long as the Registrant is present at the event, or in immediate transport to and from.
The schedule of events is as follows:
5:00 - 6:00 p.m.: Cocktail hour and final voting. (All voting ballots must be cast no later than 6:00)
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.: Dinner
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.: Award Presentation Ceremony
8:00 - 12:00: Midnight Ball
All food and beverages provided as a gift to you, from your Ministry for Magic. Your only ‘cost’ for admittance is your voting ballot to help select the Order of Merlin levels and recipients, which may be returned by Owl, but must be submitted no later than six o’clock on the night in question.
Be assured that in light of recent unpleasant events, security will be at its highest possible level, as we continue to do our utmost to promote peace and harmony among all our citizens - while ensuring the highest level of safety, as well.
As a special treat this occasion, you, our Wizarding Public, are asked to cast your vote and allow your voice to be heard as we prepare to present these awards to your chosen Heroes!

For reference, Orders of Merlin carry a monetary award as follows:
Order of Merlin, 3rd Class--1,000 Galleons
Order of Merlin, 2nd Class--3,000 Galleons
Order of Merlin, 1st Class--5,000 Galleons.
