The committee has concluded the following;
That Mr Lucius Abraxas Malfoy of Malfoy Manor, Wiltshire be removed from the Registry herewith.
That Mrs Narcissa Malfoy of Malfoy Manor, Wiltshire herewith shall not be compliant to curfew, and that her wand need no longer be presented before the Ministry.
I have taken the liberty of arranging an appointment for you both on Tuesday 8th April at 10am to complete your respective decisions.
