Bellatrix' smirk perked a little wider. She wondered how long Narcissa's childlike enthusiasm would last. Speaking of children, she'd probably need to stock up on those, as Narcissa would need something suitable to practice on. Maybe they could start with cats. Simpler creatures. Yes, those would be ideal.

"Bear in mind, this will be no flight of fancy. As my pupil, failure may have dire consequences," she warned sharply. She seamlessly adopted an expression of bemused innocence, "And from what I understand, I am not the gentlest of instructors."

If Narcissa had any doubts Bellatrix suspected that a chat with Draco about his Occlumency lessons with her. Her mind turned to the issue of a wand. She suspected is was her soft, sentimental heart that inspired her to greedily keep Roddy's want to herself. Besides, Narcissa had already volunteered to procure one herself.

"Two weeks," she said firmly. "Take the next two weeks to make sure this is what you want. If so, acquire a wand strictly for this purpose. I have preparations to see to."

With that she stood up, indicating that she meant to see to them immediately. Her regal bearing still prominent, though a little less cold.

Narcissa rose to follow Bellatrix and found her heart pounding. She was actually going to do it. She didn't think she needed two weeks; she would never change her mind.

All of those times, she had watch others cast the curses with disinterest or disdain. She had no emotional connection to their actions; they were following the Dark Lord, and it was terrible for those who were subjected to the curses. She knew that Lucius must have suffered under them before; she was positive that the curses had been used on Draco. But Draco could do them; he had done them that terrible year before she was gone.

She followed Bellatrix, noting the folds and the movement of the cloth of her dress as she realized that her heart was still pounding. She had found her motivation at last; she only had to visualize Fernir withering on the ground in pain that came from her. She could see making him dance a ridiculous gig, and then gnashing his teeth to chew on his own tongue and gash his own flesh with his dirty nails. Touch her with those disgusting paws like he had threatened those years back. And then the last image made her weak in the knees. She could see the green light spill from her wand and freeze his features as he fell over dead. She could not believe how aroused she was at the idea; she wondered what Lucius was doing because she was going to attack him, almost rape him, when she got home.

She put on her traveling robes as they stood in front of the ornate fireplace. Overcome with her own emotions, Narcissa moved to hug Bellatrix tightly, without letting go for a moment. She pulled back and said, "Thank you. I won't need two weeks. I won't change my mind."

Narcissa's excitement was nearly contagious. Bellatrix embraced her sister tightly, hiding her sad smile in the curtain of blond hair. The two weeks, she knew, were to allow her time to cut her ardent ties to Narcissa from her heart. She would love her as insistently as she ever did, but she would have to force herself to loosen her consuming desire to posses her. Besides, it may never come to loosing her, she insisted to herself. Placing a bit of space between them, she pushed such thoughts from her cluttered head for the moment.

There was still one small fire burning in the back of her mind that needed stamping out. With a mothering air she raised her right hand to smooth Narcissa's hair away from her face. With a suddenness that had only come from years of practice, Bellatrix let loose a sharp, biting slap against Narcissa's cheek.

"I don't know how you could have forgotten there are only two Black sisters," she scolded in a placid voice, brushing the backs of her fingers against her pinking cheek.

Then, proceeding as though nothing unpleasant had happened at all, Bellatrix quickly kissed her sister, a pleasant smile resting upon her face.

Narcissa took in a sharp inhalation of air, and raised her hand in surprise at Bellatrix. She was outraged for only an instant as Bellatrix's words purred out of her mouth, and her sister's fingers were stroking the still stinging skin. Her eyes welled up slightly at the sting but she did nothing in retaliation; she knew she deserved that for her slip. Andromedia was not to be mentioned, ever.

"Two weeks. Bellatrix, it shall be torture, you realize? I will owl you? Meet you here?"

Narciss smiled back at her sister, and carefully flicked the small tear from the corner of her eye away before it could come lose and roll down her face in some evidence of weakness. She did not want to have her sister thing she was weak. She was tired of being perceived as the delicate weak fragile doll. She wanted to sink her teeth in and rip the idea out.

A measure of pride infused Bellatrix' smile. She knew her sister to be in her right mind. Though she had seemed about to protest, she had not shed a single tear - and rightly so.

"Meet me here, be careful with your owl if you send one," she nodded, guiding her sister to the fireplace. "And do put your clever wiles to work on Lucius, see if you can't liberate my hand."

Her fair sister was certainly lovely enough to pull it off.

"It was indeed a lovely visit," she smiled conversationally. "Give my best to your husband and son. Oh! I had almost forgotten!"

A quick flick of her wand summoned a small bouquet of the blossoms from Mr. Snuggles. She idly wondered if Lucius was aware of how they were cultivated. Not that it mattered, but it certainly amused her. Placing the bouquet in Narcissa's hands, she stepped back to allow Narcissa to exit through her fireplace.

Narcissa smiled at her sister, her energy recharging.

"I will be very careful. You can count on me. I know how to be discreet! And we shall see, Bellatrix, we shall see."

She accepted the flowers, that were quite stunning. With a handful of powder thrown, Narcissa stepped into the green flames, and threw her sister a small kiss, and was gone.

Narcissa arrived at home, ready to find Lucius and rape him with her lust. But the first order of business required the bruise ointment. She went to straight to her room, and ordered Tibby to bring her the cream promptly. She would begin a search for a spare wand in the morning.
