Dear Mr. Moore,
I know that you don't know me, however I am writing under the encouragement of Remus Lupin. I am currently undertaking an endrvour to open a new newspaper that is far less sensationalist than the Prophet, and Remus seemed recomended you highly. You see, I am starting the newspaper with Draco Malfoy. Please don't let that scare you off. We are not mates, and in fact cannot stand to be in the same room. Thus our problem. We need someone who might be a bit more neutral, and can deal with each of us to act as a go-between so that we don't have to speak to one another, and so that our paper provides a balanced view of things. Would it be possible for you to entertain the thought? Maybe we can meet and discuss it, make sure you really want to take on something like this. You'd be compensated handsomely for putting up with the two of us, as would anyone who might consider a daunting job like this.
