Investigation at St. Mungo's
Harry Potter's Fiancee injured during assessments
by Dabriel Lochrin

An investigation occurred at St. Mungo's yesterday involving last weeks assessments of Healer-in-Training applicants. It has come to the knowledge of The Daily Prophet that an 'incident' occurred last week during said assessments where, Ginevra Molly Weasley, better known as the fiancee of our Saviour, Harry Potter, was injured. Her injuries are not known at this time, but she was seen wearing a sling on her right arm when showing up for a Ministry led investigation into the incident at St. Mungo's yesterday afternoon.

And who should be at her side for that investigation? None other than convicted former Death Eater and known murderer, Severus Snape. The unusual 'relationship' between the Snape and Harry Potter's future bride has many questioning the girl's loyalties to our Champion. Where was Harry Potter during yesterday's proceedings? Why was he not at his beloved's side in place of the dark and looming presence of Severus Snape? What does this say about the future nuptials of the famous couple?

The facts aren't clear, but The Daily Prophet was able to get some insight into the situation from none other than the Minister of Magic, Rudiger Shingleton, himself. When asked about the investigation, he had this to say, "It is standard procedure to conduct an investigation into an incident such as this in order to determine where fault lies. Typically, it proves to be due to the negligence of the applicant during the testing process. Rest assured, the staff at St. Mungo's provides a fair, sterile, and otherwise flawless testing environment. Although we have the utmost faith in St. Mungo's and their procedures, Miss Weasley, given her unique relationship with Harry Potter, was given a special Ministry correspondent at the proceedings to ensure her fair and equal representation during the investigation." When asked about the presence of Severus Snape, the minister declined to comment, citing only that Miss Weasley was 'within her rights to hire a private consultant for the proceedings, despite the fact that a consultant was completely unnecessary."

The Minister's comments have this reporter wondering just what other 'special' Ministry treatment the fiancee of Harry Potter receives. After a bit of digging, The Daily Prophet has discovered that immediately proceeding the afore mentioned 'incident' last week, Miss Weasley as well as three of her brothers were removed from the Registry. The reasons for the removal are vaguely listed as 'mistakenly volunteered for Registry. Error brought to attention after receiving correspondence from H. Potter'. Exactly how much pull does our Champion have with the Ministry? And how far does that influence reach?

More importantly, where do Harry Potter's allegiances lie? Should we be concerned that our Champion protested the Ministry and their Registry, only to ask the same Ministry for favors in removing the results of said protest? Does Mr. Potter now support the Registry and the Ministry's regulations? Perhaps in exchange for his fiancee's reinstatement as a St. Mungo's Healer-in-Training, despite her probable fault in the incident that resulted in her injuries. As usual, Harry Potter could not be located for comment.

Who else has Harry Potter asked for special favors? From the scene yesterday, and if his engagement to Miss Weasley is still on, it seems completely possible that Severus Snape is on that list as well.

That makes this reporter, most definitely, concerned.
