Minerva, after writting a barage of owls to Order members that had gone unsent, realized that she had yet to speak with Harry about a meeting place. It would hardly due to rally the members for a meeting and not have a place for said meeting.

It has come to my attention that there are urgent matters to be addressed. Kindly respond with a time when you might be available to meet. The sooner the better.
