The owl is his personal bird, the same he has sent on many a personal errand in the past. It still looks like a harbinger of...well, its milky eyes don't give much away. It grips in its black talons a strange and beautiful card, a card with a tendency to grow stranger the longer one looks at it. Along the top in barely raised font, the word Archangel is inscribed, obviously denoting the name of a nighttime establishment (a restaurant, a club--don't they all seem the same these days?).
Ciarán's hand appears [thin, artful, drifting...but entirely precise] in the lettering on the back of the invitation.
