When Hannah saw a television ad for the Chippenham Folk Festival, she thought it looked like tons of fun. Three months had passed since the attack on her shop, and Hannah hadn't even made a move to do a reading tent. She supposed now was as good a time as any. Picking up the phone, she called the number on the bottom of the screen and made arrangements to attend the information meeting the next evening.
When she arrived at the staging area, Hannah had to sign in. Upon registering, she was given a packet of forms to fill out that asked everything from her name to the exact amount of space needed for her craft. Not only was there generic information, they asked that each registrant provide a picture of previous events. The problem with such a request was that the only place Hannah had ever actually used her tent was the Hogsmeade Fair. There were pictures from those issues of The Prophet that showed her tent. But those pictures would do no good for this type of media. Of course, they were going to upload the pictures onto the Muggle internet, but without having the photos on a video disc there was no way to pull it off. Perhaps she could contact Colin Creevy and convince him to take a few Muggle photos.
Once she'd finished filling out the paperwork, Hannah leaned back in her chair and listened to the organizer discuss the types of venues available. Activities would be varied in each location, the determination of which would come down once they knew how many of each size activity they needed to house. Not only did the staff discuss venue locations, they also discussed general advertisements and how to make the most out of your time at the festival. Finally, there were testimonies from previous vendors.
By the time the meeting was over, Hannah was psyched about the prospect of doing readings again. She couldn't wait to get further information about the upcoming event..
