Please find enclosed the revised copies of the contract you left in my possession seven days ago. My solicitor has reviewed them and made some slight modifications. I have already signed them. If you agree to the changes proposed, sign and return one copy to me.
The revisions primarily involve quality control and a voice in choosing who will be involved in the eventual manufacture of the end product. If I am to be associated with this project, I expect considerable flexibility in decision-making as far as manufacturing is concerned. If it does not meet standards, it will not bear my seal.
