Dear Mr Harry Potter,
As you must surely be aware, we are rapidly approaching the anniversary of your wondrous victory over He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Such a glorious day cannot go by without celebration and commemoration!
I expect the day to be made an Official Holiday very shortly, as soon as the naming committee has approved a suitable appellation.
This will, of course, require Ministry recognition of the profound meaning the victory has in our lives, and such an event would never be complete without an appearance and a few words from the Hero who brought it about.
May I count on your presence at an as-of-yet to be determined Ministry Function on Thursday, 1 March?
