A picture's worth a thousand words

In February, it would officially be three years that Luna Lovegood had worked at Hopping & Aperture's Expert Portraiture, and it seemed in that time, her slowly cultivated photography skills were being put to good use. That was why she was now stood in the middle of Hogsmeade's wide road with a tripod and camera set up before her. She was carefully adjusting the equipment to be sure that the tripod wouldn't fold or release the camera while she wasn't paying attention. There were people about, and they parted around Luna as they passed, staring and wondering what she could be taking a picture of, and why she had to do it in the middle of the street.
Luna, of course, seemed completely oblivious to everything but the camera, and a particular building at the very end of the road. From here she had enough distance to get the entire structure in the shot, though she wouldn't have the detail that she would have liked. She'd just have to get close-ups later.
For now, all she wanted was a few clear establishing shots. Which was perhaps easier said than done; she hadn't really picked the best location to take a picture (though the small hill she stood did give her an excellent vantage point), and people kept darting in front of her to wave and try to get her to take their picture. Luna and the eager passersby were equally surprised when she actually did.
"If you'll stop by Hoppings & Aperture's in Ottery St. Catchpole, we'd be happy to do a portrait," she'd tell them afterward, along with offering a small discount to motivate them. A few people seemed very pleased. Mr. Hopping would certainly not be, but she'd take care of that when she got back to the studio. In the meantime, she had a building to photograph.
