Weasley Potluck Lunch

Time: Just after noon.
Location: Flat above Weasley Wizard Wheezes.

Rating: Most likely no more than PG for angst and mild language.
Ginny sat anxiously in the sitting area of the flat, running through a mental checklist of things that needed to be done. Dusting? Check. Wash dishes? Check. Clean the flat spotless? Check-check-check! This event would be family only, and yet Ginny still felt pressured to put on a good show. She blamed the flaw on her mother, while secretly being thankful she’d been raised to pay attention to details. Perfect is as perfect does. Or something like that.
Truly it was a toss up over which she was more anxious about: confronting Bill or introducing Oliver to her brothers. And she wasn’t even really dating Oliver. Her stomach felt all twisty waiting for her brothers and (hopefully) her parents, but at the same time, her heart couldn’t wait for a flock of red hair. The last Weasley gathering was far too long ago. Family was such a big part of Ginny, probably only because she’d grown up with a thousand and one brothers to play with. Honestly, if she’d only grown up with one sibling, she probably wouldn’t feel the need to settle down and start her own family already.
A chime sounded, signaling it was now 12:30. Soon Bill should be getting there. Oh, her nerves.
And should she wait to set out the things for sandwiches? Or should she get to it now?
So many doubts, do little time.
