Curiousity had gotten the better of Hannah. That and perhaps fear. With everyhing that had gone on lately Hannah didn't know whether answering a crypic page would be worse than ignoring it. Therefore, she made her way to the Three Broomstick as instructed, not sure what she would find when she got there.
When she entered the establishment, Hannah looked around for the wizard who had summoned her the other day. When she saw him she timidly fingered the deck of cards she was carrying in the pocket of her robe hoping that they would send her a bit of strength. After a few deep breaths she made her way over to where the man was sitting. Without taking a seat she spoke. "I'm here as you requested. What is it that you want?" Her voice was stronger than what she was feeling inside, no weakness would betray her if this meeting was meant for menacing purposes.
"Please, have a seat," the man motioned, the chair pulling out as he did. "I have a favor to ask of you," his voice much gentler than it was the other day. "My wife, Gloria, is a Muggleborn. She's always had an affinity for Divination though she's not any good at it. A friend of mine says you do a pretty convincing reading even if it is all for fun."
Hannah breathed a sigh of relief, two in fact. The first when she found out the reason for the meeting was completely innocent. The second when she realized the man wasn't expecting some great prophetess. "That I can do," she said finally taking the seat the man had offered. She slid her cards out from underneath her robe and placed them on the table in front of her.
"Great, I'll bring her over." The man ran out the door, a few minutes later returning with a petite woman by his side. "Gloria, this is Madame Hannah. She'd going to do a reading for you. I thought you'd enjoy this for your birthday."
The woman beamed as Hannah addressed her, "Hello, Gloria, have a seat won't you." She pushed the cards toward the woman. "Go ahead, give them a shuffle."
Gloria picked up the cards and gave them a few shuffles. "Do I just tell you what I want to know? This was all kind of sudden for me."
"That's alright," Hannah said taking the cards she began to lay them out. "How about a general rading?"
Hannah purposely steared the woman tofward a generic reading because without a question there could be no wrong answers.
