We greatly appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. While some mild application of force has been necessary in some instances of grave resistance, we assure you we do not condone the use of wanton violence. We will investigate this matter immediately to ascertain the facts of this report. You may be assured approriate steps shall be taken to recitfy any wrong-doing we may find.
