Gathering up her things and stuffing them into the purse at her side, Padma exited her flat and headed out of her building. As she walked a few paces down the street, she turned and tucked into a nearby alley, the safest muggle apparation point near her building.
Concentrating hard, she arrived a few seconds later not more than a block from her sister's building. A quick jog later, and she was was standing in front of her sister's door. Reaching up, she knocked swiftly. It had been awhile since she'd seen her twin, and it would be good to catch up with her.
