(a) Three facts about them from my personal fanon.

1. Penelope feels so guilty about turning Julian in, like sick to her stomach if she thinks about it too deeply. So she doesn't.She tells herself that he's a thief, and a liar, and potions peddler. He deserves everything that is coming to him.

2. Penelope didn't always go to see Julian just because she was horny or lonely. She actually just enjoys his company. Not that she's going to turn down the sex, of course.

3. Julian's smirk makes her crazy, it's like nothing she can do will surprise him. It makes her irrational, makes her do mad things things just to wipe that smirk off his face.

(b) A reason he/she sucksThe relationship is so destructive. Neither of them are all that emotionally open, they just assume that they know what the other is thinking and lord forbid that they admit even to themselves that there is possibility there. Not to mention that it is such a mismatch of values and professions that you see the crash coming from miles away. Even they know it, eventually, but ( ... )

But the frustration is what makes them so much fun.

Julian'll profess his love... just as soon as Penelope professes hers.

Hmph.

(a) Three facts about them from my personal fanon.
1. He's never felt like he was a part of anything, especially not his family. He's too quiet, too different. That's why he joined the Ministry and sided with them for so long; just once he wanted to belong.
2. For all his organization in the office and neatness of appearance, his flat is a bloody mess. He's hardly ever home, he lives off of take-away and his mother has always cleaned his socks. He keeps meaning to buy a cleaning charms book but gets too embarrassed before he reaches the check-out.
3. He's the one that rigged Charlie's cauldron when he was twelve. That the Twins were blamed for it was just a brilliant perk.

(b) A reason he/she sucks.

He's so pompous and stubborn. It's to cover up insecurity, of course, but it gets him into so much trouble. He's smart enough that generally he is right but that just makes it take that much longer to get him to admit he's wrong ( ... )

I'm pretty equal opportunity in ships, very little completely abhors me.
Me too, but I have to admit Snape/Percy made me shiver. LOL
So not right...

Percy is seriously one of the best characters. And like you said, the movies didn't make him any justice. He's too complex for a three hour movie that is not mainly about him, but...I want some Percy!!

Mmmm.

Bobby Singer? :D

I look forward to E, btw. Who CAN you ship him with?!

xD EVIL. I was totally stumped for awhile.

a) Three facts about them from my personal fanon.

1. For all this crusty, cranky junkyard owning ways, Bobby Singer is a colossal nerd. That extensive collection of moldering arcane books? Totally predates his hunting days. It's grown, of course, but he's always had an appreciation for old books with weird diagrams. (He likes to think that Sam got his love of research from him.)

2. Bobby knows how to waltz. Damn well too, he thinks. His wife made him take classes before their wedding.

3. He worries. He's known Dean and Sam since they were knee-high to a grasshopper so when the phone rings and it's Dean asking how to kill a Lamia, his first instinct is to tell the kid to run. Sometimes he wants to resurrect John Winchester just to kill him all over again for raising the boys like he did.

(b) A reason he/she sucks.

He helps everyone else but so rarely asks for help himself.

(c) A reason he/she is amazing.Bobby tells it like it is to the boys, he's not afraid to call them on their ( ... )

LOL. I love the idea of a Rufus and Bobby spinoff.

"Old and Crotchety"

"Geriatric and Packin'"

...

I'm going to stop, now.

Andromeda Black

(a) Three facts about them from my personal fanon.

1. Andromeda wasn't like Sirius. She hadn't given blood purity much thought before Ted Tonks started sniffing around her skirts. It was something her sister and parents spoke of while Andromeda nodded politely. It took Ted to make her reassess her views.

2. While Bellatrix is all fiery conviction, Andromeda has never been convinced of anything thoroughly in her life. She takes very little on faith. She wants to know why.

3. In the months while she waited for word from Ted, she saved every knut that passed her way and withdrew as much from the Black vaults as possible without looking suspicious. She figured that wouldn't be coming into any inheritance once her family knew of Ted and she didn't want to rely completely on Ted to support her.

(b) A reason he/she sucks. She can be rather duplicitous. Andromeda has a habit of telling a person what they want to hear rather than what she actually thinks or tends to evade questions altogether. It keeps the peace, lets her think whatever ( ... )

I can totally see this. She's the middle child.

3. Not succumb to the skunk hair like her sisters have.

UGH. That's only in the movies.

2. Lucius-I think he's too fussy for her tastes.

*snickers* All of Cissa's sisters wonder what she saw in him XD

I like your take on Andromeda. She's quiet, but not because she's shy; more because it's her mask. With Bellatrix's ostentatious personality and Narcissa's looks, it makes it even easier to be unobtrusive. She's a Black and a Slytherin; she would have definitely used that to her advantage - and she did.

Who would you ship her with now that Ted's gone?

YES. Bellatrix and Narcissa were the best cover a girl could ask for. Andromeda just had to keep her head down and nod at the right time, never raising a fuss and that gave her more freedom to do whatever she pleased. She was the child her parents worried the least about so by the time anyone knew her actual plan, it was too late.

Who would you ship her with now that Ted's gone?

Could not even begin to guess. Would Andromeda/Kingsley be weird? *ponders*

(a) Three facts about them from my personal fanon.

1. Angelina is a city girl. Large parts of her childhood took place in the less desirable areas of London. After her wizard father died, her Muggle mother wanted very little to do with the Wizarding world. On the train to Hogwarts when she was 11 was the first time she'd been north. The amount of green had astonished her.

2. Angelina and Fred so had a relationship in school but it was a volatile one. They did everything intensely, loving and fighting. I'm not positive that they would have made it in the long run but Angelina was devastated by Fred's death and never really recovered, spiraling into destructive behavior.

3. Angelina is a bit (okay, a lot) of a wild child. She's brash and bold. There's nothing that she won't say, no dare she won't take. She's the life of the party and the reason that party got shut down. She's also a fierce friend and protects those she loves, those she considers hers, with every ounce of her being.

(b) A reason he/she sucks.

HAHAHA!

*nods* She is TOTES fierce. Mira's totally intimidated. And so is Astoria, for that matter.

if she could get her act together again she could lead an army if need be.

I totally believe this (and so does Gwen).

5. Become the rock star she was so obviously born to be. xD

*giggles* trufax.

Don't worry, ladies. There's no sport in fluffy woodland creatures. Angie hunts bigger game and is generally pretty jovial. A happy drunk, for sure.
