eilat...d tip of israel ...d point adorned by red sea....
left from jerusalem at 7 in d morning by bus....4.5 hrs estimated time..comfortable bus....completely noiseless...journey??? wat i call a white way....havent traversed a more sandy still non-dusty(rather clean) path in my life....d whole route was treeless , non-green(xcept for date-palms)....d only things which stood with their heads high were the white lumps of sand..(d hills)...
halted at deadsea..a rather silent waterbody, not motionless..still passive(donno wats a better way to put it)...
finally reached at rnd 12..checked in at holiday-inn(express)...d standard of 3-5 start hotels in israel is low and cud finally conclude here.....hog at pizza hut in d afternoon after d informidable hoopla over wats veg and wats not.....
took a look through d fashion market..wat resembled janpath in dilli....went by d sea side....after discussing over wat to do..finally dcided to give parasailing a try...100shackles per person dint seem xpensive, considering 1500 bucks in GOA....all charged to take the flight....d guy seemed to b really cool with handling d boat..showed all stunts like tilting d boat at different angles at high speeds..was fun..nd den it was my turn...d joy/thrill of rising 100m above red sea can barely be put in words...but an unparalleled xperience....nd major fun...

den as it gets dusky , we begin r hunt for a place to eat...after much needed timepass nd faltu jokes...we enetred mc donalds for a cup of good coffee(i found d beverages in israel unreliable..d taste doesnt cater to rs)....d security guard dere turned out to be a man from SANTA CRUZ - MUMBAI..meeting someone from ur homeland, never knew actually cud make ya happy..spoke to him for few mins...he turned out to have roamed around d world offering his services at various royal doorsteps...
dinner again...halted at a burger corner..had carefully checked pure veg burger with onoin rings and coke!!! onion rings..not wat i thot...d onions u get here r kinda bland...d essence nd d taste is not wat we xpect. finished pampering tummy nd moved ahead to take a final luk at d vibrant night life(d luk is similar to dat of las vegas but less loud nd movement)...
played cards for few hours before retiring to bed....
take a cab early in d morning for oceanarium.....20% discount for amdocs employees at d ticket counter..pay 63 shackles(included oceanarium, fish feeding(sharks etc) , coral reef etc)....d make believe submarine was kinda kiddish ...probably tiny tots would injaay it more..okies for us....
but lotsa aquariums..beauty to the beast..d aqua takes it all....saw pythons too...injaayed identifying fishes from d chart....
after a group discussion over where do we head to next..left for dolphin reef..(42 shackles)....lotsa dolphins..cud catch only two eye to eye..all others were little far...spent an hour watching them.....
sitting in front of d vast sea....watching d innocent beauties play....if nly d moments lasted forever!! hmmmmmm
cum out n realise dat dis was it....
again hop for lunch to pizza hut when d tragedy struck....
..ordered two pizzas..one with a topping of black olives , veg nd parsley....with d rule dat israel doesnt allow milk with meat..margeritta seems to b d best option for all veggies(cheese)...but wonly if i had checked for fish...2 bites down i find a weird looking stuff in d pizza..nd with d pukie feeling i m filled with...my worst fears come true... just outta admiring d aqua marine life...ended up eating them!!!!gosh!! still not out of it...
