Love and such.
For those that don't know, I have a new boyfriend. Things are going quite deliciously. He got to meet my best friend last night and I've met a few of his friends. I've been having a good time with life lately. Unsettling in a way, but it makes me beam still.
So I've been keeping busy with the boyfriend, yes. And work...I still have two jobs but I'm fixing up a resume soon and working on getting my first grown-up job ever. My life may come together without the aid of bondo, imagine that.
The family is doing pretty good, too. My brother and sister are still pretty wild, but I'm coming to terms with it. Probably because I've spent all of two hours at home in a week. *ahem*
I'm feeling more comfortably in my own skin these days. And it really doesn't have anything to do with the new boyfriend. Although he's yum. It's like my best friend told me a year ago...tranquility creeps up on you when you least expect it. An ex once told me something good like that too, that serenity depends on your expectations. It's all sort of a blur now, the past.
It's going to be a good year.
