here we are then.
hey livejournal! long time no see/read/post! I'm married now. weird, right?
other than that not a lot has changed, which is to say I'm still sick all the goddamn time.
I never read or post because I spilled an entire bottle of coke zero on the keyboard of my laptop & haven't felt like dropping a few benjis to get it fixed. maybe I should take up a collection in lieu of xmas gifts this year.
oh yeah, I turned 33 too. and I'm a stepmommy, officially, now. I've never spent so much time either a.) talking to someone about poop, b.) waiting for someone to poop, c.) considering what someone else's poop schedule is. and that's the highlight. there's also the rewarding task of convincing another human being to simply eat food every day. yay!
sloane died. emma moved in. so technically I'm still even at 2 dogs & 3 cats. emma has feline HIV (known to the pros as FIV) but it's more fun in general to refer to her as the AIDS kitty. she also may or may not be diabetic. she went from being skin & bones when we found her, to slightly healthier, back down to 5lbs, so right now I'm just working on that. again, lots of time thinking about someone else's eating/poop habits.
it's amazing to be me right now, basically.
