I am leaving the computer out of the bedroom, so that I will not be tempted by its internet-wonderfulness. I feel like that may be one of the things that is hindering my sleep. Also it will force me to get out of bed in the morning. Because right now, I wake up turn on the TV, pick the computer up off the floor, and the next thing I know it's 4:
