Haha, thanks! That's actually just pencils that I scanned into Photoshop. I chopped it up and put each part of the drawing on a different layers and put a Color Overlay Mask on each layer, changing the color of the pencils. then I just colored the rest of it normally, with my tablet :D

I keep trying new stuff all the time. There are certain styles that I try to get and I just try a whole lot of random shit to get them. It's like fumbling around for a lightswitch in a freaking pitch-black airplane hangar :(

Color Overlays are super mega easy. All you have to do is double click on the layer and a bunch of options will come up. Check the Color Overlay box and you're done! To change the color click back on the color over lay option in the layers menu and mess with the color.

Wow, thanks! I'm gonna have to play with this more. I'm so obsessive-compulsive I'll probably spend the rest of the summer making bizarre texture sheets with pencil.
