IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER ABOUT LOST (FANDOM):

Ben is everybody's baby daddy.

If you ever get bored and feel bold enough to check out Lostpedia, you will notice that common thread running among many theory pages. For example, Ben is not just Kate's dad, but Aaron's dad, because Aaron's dad looks like a younger Ben, therefore he CLEARLY must be Ben and not a random character played by an actor who looks vaguely similar to Michael Emerson.

There's also another common theory that shows up, but as you haven't gotten to the 19th episode of season 3, I will abstain from mentioning it.
