Mainly for star_tourmaline and rosathome though I suspect they already know about it, the Telegraph on Saturday had a piece about writing a Mills and Boon

Personally I tried a couple when I was a teenager and found I'd got to the end whilst still waiting for a plot and characterisation to start but clearly other people's mileage varies.
Am also really not sure how the genre squares with feminism.
