Whooo!
Today is going to be fun.
It's my last week with the Camb. Saturday group, which will be sad - last week was my final one with the EK Saturday group. They got me chocolates and flowers and a card, and it was very sad to see them go. But we're taking this group to the science centre, which is like, the most awesome place ever. I'm always a little sad that we can't stay for longer, and that the kids usually don't have enough of an attention span to really take in all the COOL STUFF. But oh well.
Then tonight I'm going to see the Vagina Monologues at the... Theatre Royale? I think? And dinner first. :D Which lead to some interesting conversations with my grandparents.
ME: I am going to the theatre! \o/
GRAN: Oh, what are you going to see?
ME: The... um. *pause* I don't know.
I also had a conversation about my the bruv's girlfriend, who lives in Airdrie and who is being awesome enough to pick him up from the airport at, like, 11pm.
GRANDAD: So she's going to pick him up, drive him to your house, and then go all the way back to Coatbridge? Very kind of her.
ME: LOL no! She's staying at the house, like I'd let her drive all the way home after that.
GRANDAD: Then where will she sleep?
ME: ... um.
GRANDAD: *decisively* She'll need to sleep in the bed with you.
ME: Uh, we have a spare room.
GRANDAD: You can't make her sleep in that tiny little thing! You can just go top-to-tail with her.
ME: o___O
