Okay that does look fun. And is in London which makes getting to it much less of a problem. I may be going blind but I can't see any actual information on what type of papers are wanted or how to submit. What do I need to do?

Um..500 word or less abstract to me by July 15. Last year's ppts are mostly up at the URL in the CFP. That's it! No conf fee, you might have to pay for dinner but i hope not. Do you eant to pass it round any other people in ECS?

Given it is a law conference, is it not going to be a problem that I am basically ruling the legal aspects out of my scope? I can probably stick a 500 word abstract together but I am really not qualified to talk about the law side of things so I am not going to even try.

Pass what? The abstract or the conference info?

Conference info!

Well have a look at last years and see what you think. WE had several people speaking who were techies not lawyers. And communities and governance and norms counts as "law". I wouldn't have mentioned it if I wasn't intrigued.
