Hi, can I know if the spree is still available for ordering?

Also for the price, it's per piece but you indicated a note that min order is 10 rolls so 1 rolls is equal to 1 pc? Sorry, first time using LJ to order so abit retarded lah.

So, if meet-up is available, I do not need to pay the $0.50 handling charges right? Just to double-confirm.
