The little things make life worthwhile...
I showed up for work at 6:50 this am, after the umpteenth night of way-too-little sleep. *primeval grunt* Morning coffee (and socialization) unavailable at the library, too. I was down and dejected. I needed a hit, bad! Fetched my purse and wandered over to the gourmet coffee vending machine, and there I found ---a vision! He was about 5'10" and slim, about 45-50 years old, with a fuzzy moustache and a warm smile. He was the coffee-vending-machine-testing man! He offered me anything the machine could make, in the largest size I could carry, for free!!! I'm going back later to see if he tests the change machine.
