Not feeling great at the moment. Probably the oreos and mountain dew didn't help much. Anyway, I've got about a half hour of work left, which I'm spending rereading my textbook for background information for the paper I need to draft tonight. For once I'm actually doing it well before it's due, but I want to go over the draft with my teacher, so I need something to show by tomorrow. I also need to finish watching a video for my other class. Tomorrow my plan is to get up and be at the library when it opens and just keep working at either the history paper or starting the movie review. I'm going to take a sandwich but I will probably buy dinner on campus, and go back to the library on both breaks. Then at 8 I'm going to the gym to watch the finals of dancing with the stars. After that I'm thinking I'll stop at the grocery store so I can eat less disgustingly for the rest of the week. By next Monday, I have two papers to write, and an extra credit essay to type and edit. But I have so much studying and short papers for the week after, I really need to be working on them throughout this week too. So I'm trying to balance it. I still feel like I'm doing better than in the past, as far as getting stuff done and keeping up with my exercise, but I'm definitely worn out. I've been sleeping a lot, which I know I probably won't be able to do pretty soon here. Hopefully getting some good food will help too. Definitely should stay away from the mountain dew, although tea doesn't seem to be doing anything for me either. Another week...
In other news, I have some goals for winter break. Obviously, get my apartment cleaned and taken care of. Finish my quilt, read all the books on my list. Write some columns for the factory times. Take a sewing workshop. Volunteer at the humane society. See Santaland diaries. Try to find a gym with 1 month memberships so I can stay in shape while the campus is closed. I think that's it for now. I was thinking about taking a seasonal job because I won't have the school library job for a few weeks but it's not worth it. I think the time will be better used to get caught up on things and relax a little.
