special k won't help you lose weight! it's rice and sugar and we all know rice is a white carb! you may as well eat peanutbutter toast. try oats or fruit salad/berries or natural yoghurt for brekky with maybe some nuts or seeds sprinkled on it for protein.

Well i know it's not great, but i'm just doing a calorie controlled diet, so a 30g bowl of any cereal is about the same - 100-200 kcals. I have a bowl of cereal (sometimes special k because i wanted to try it, sometimes other things) and then fruit for snacks and then dinner and thats it. I'm a vegetarian and very fussy eater so there's a lot of stuff i can't do.
Meh. You need to do a lot of things too. Like. I dunno. you dance a lot so that should count for something. but. I mean.... I used to do things like jogging in place while waiting for the kettle to boil or stuff to cook under the grill... it may feel silly doing it but every little bit of activity helps! Especially seeing as you'd normally just stand there doing nothing in times like that. Also I used to live a lot by this list
I went from a size 14 to a size 8, so it's probably a good guide [I also used to go for days without eating anything at all, which is definetly NOT a good guide] and it's full of healthy vitamin-filled things that are yummy, like mushrooms and brussel sprouts and paaarrrsnips :9
I'd like to be your new dancing partner!!!! I have money problems with getting to places though, boo. Heh, then again, I could spend my money on train fares & entrance fees instead of booze, and that would work out a lot better ;)
