I will never, ever forget sitting on the monkey bars with about seven other 8-year-olds, screaming "Fight For Your Right to Party" at the top of our lungs, having crazy sex with my high school boyfriend to "She's Crafty", making my Hello My Name Is sticker at some boozey party in my 20's read "Hello Nasty." The Beastie Boys have been a constant soundtrack to my life for as long as I can remember.

Thinking of MCA, Adam Yauch, a good person and amazing talent who just died far, far too young, leaving behind a wife and child and one of the finest bands ever. Sad.
