What an interesting idea, but I'm left wondering. Did you intend for Sam to appear normal to Dean through the glasses? If so, then why wouldn't Dean himself look normal, too? After all, Sam spent more time in Hell than Dean.
I thought you were going in a different direction with this... that the glasses would reveal the cause of Sam's bleeding from after doing the first trial. But still, it might be better to not have Dean look at Sam before standing in front of the mirror to look at himself, to leave it more ambiguous as to what he's going to see.
Very Twilight Zone-esque. I imagine that Dean could see the psychic scars from his time in hell, but I'm thinking you meant this to be ambigious and ominous - which it is ;)
