It's just a simple case -- a haunted house, a salt-and-burn -- in a place they've been before.  But even the simplest of hunts can bring back memories: of being alone together, a nightmare, and the ghost of Grover Cleveland.

"You remember, don't you?" Dean asked around a burger the size of a football ( Read more... )

Aw, Sammy...Grover isn't a ghost. *points to icon* He's a super hero!

Noting like family to give you some perspective :D

Sweet story. I love the boys hanging out together without fighting and actually enjoying each other's company. Thanks for sharing. :)

Sweet- I like Sam being sneaky with his bitter-sweet.
And they should have interns, but not if the interns get all the bacon cheeseburgers. *nods*

Anyway, I'm very glad that Dean isn't just into Dick these days;)

I figured the boys needed a little time off from Leviathan-hunting to...hang out near where I work! *g*

Glad you enjoyed it!

Awwwww! (I would think a lot of fangirls would add, "And then they hugged." I admire your restraint.)

And Sam would have totally loved the Wonder Woman pilot. Although it might have freaked him out a little bit.

Well, they're sitting down, so hugging is awkward. But...later on. For sure!

Yep, WW might have caused some mixed emotions!

Glad you enjoyed it. :)

I'm calling the "Ditto" as a total "Ghost" shout-out (another sneaky way for those Winchester boys to share their feelings).

Your dialogue is so effortless. I can really see this moment unfolding because their voices are so right.

Thanks for sharing.

(What happened to all those great pictures? Although I'm happy to see your original banner).

I went back and forth about how to close the story, and "Ditto" just felt right. Obviously the boys have seen the movie, so...it felt right. :)

The pictures? Two reasons. I was getting kind of bored with the layout, and (*looks around shiftily*) it was REALLY embarrassing to scroll down through my page on the sneak at work, and have all those Tiger Beat-ish pictures hanging there. So I've gone back to the more subtle layout for now.

Glad you enjoyed the fic!
