SPN FIC - Vox Populi

Once upon a time, a prophet named Chuck wrote a series of books called SUPERNATURAL.  Which begat the fans.  Who begat the fic.  And it was good.

Unless your name is Dean Winchester.

"I don't get it.  You know?"  And he's not angry so much as hurt.  You'd think Sam would see that.  You'd think Sam would sympathize, seeing as how he's those people ( Read more... )

Awwwww, I love it!

(And I kind of want to read the adventures of Sidney the Heroic But Misunderstood Monster Truck.)

Thank you!

If I were an artist, I'd totally go for it. But maybe I can recruit somebody...

I really like this, except for one small nitpick.

On one hand you have Dean and Sam mention Dean/Castiel and Sam/Gabriel fics, but on another line, you say Chuck never had those new books published.

It seems like a small thing, but if those books promised at the convention were never published, then the fans wouldn't know about Cas or Gabriel, so they wouldn't be able to write fic about them.

Argh! You're totally right. But you know what - I think I'm going to go with the idea that Becky (fond as she is of Sam porn) leaked that concept. That work for you?

Glad you liked it, otherwise!

I think this is lovely. Even if some people were wankers in the story-within-a-story comments. :)

Thank you! Demian and Barnes make me go "Awwww," and I loved the idea of them standing up for the boys. Even if they don't know they're doing it.

This is hilarious and sad at the same time. Poor boys, and I say that as one who does just about everything possible to them. Or at least to Dean.

I'd like for them to end up in a house somewhere without ten feet of snow and with a pond for Dean to do his non-metaphorical fishing in.

Fantastic!

Thank you!

We do love to beat on them, don't we? I can really see them sitting there with bewildered looks on their faces, trying to figure out...WTF???? Poor guys.
