OK, shoud be studying, but apparently I'd rather be crying.

First tear up at
Buried in Dean-speak, he says maybe he’s earned some of it. That he’s crapped things up somehow.

It didn't actually, fall that time, but you'd primed me with Sams explosion just previous to that, and there are a couple of drops on the keyboard since then.

"OK, should be studying, but apparently I'd rather be crying."

Sounds like something that belongs on a t-shirt. :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it (and hope you got your studying done eventually)! Thanks for commenting.

This is absolutely beautiful. I'm really crying right now. Sam in church, yelling at God, telling him all the ways Dean deserves to live is just heartbreaking. You are a wonderful writer and you evoke such emotion.

OMG, I loved, loved, LOVED this! The "railing against the fates" speech you've written for Sam is, I think, something that would fit in perfectly on the show, if Sam really couldn't find a way to save Dean.

And your Dean, waiting so quietly, resigned to his fate, but still scared. Scared in a way that is really only visible to Sam.

On to chapter two!
