Wheee!!! 'Jimmy' is there to look after Liz for Dean!! Oh wow, that's just brilliant Carol. And Dean can't quite remember because in this verse? The horrors of hell and the big show down have been taken from Dean and Sam. Damn, if I can't remember the name of that particular fic of yours... Sorry bout that!

But I love that he just knows that someone is looking out for her - She's got a... Yep Dean, she sure does *g* Lovely, lovely little twist. Just another reward for Dean methinks; after all he's been through being able to relax a bit re his daughter's safety is not alot to ask for.

I tend to put bits and pieces of my own dad into Hope Verse Dean, particularly after Lizzie is grown up and on her own. His need to contribute and take care of her, and his somewhat overblown reactions when he's outvoted. I thought it would put him at ease (a little) to know she's got someone looking after her of the Heavenly variety, even if he's not entirely aware of the complete situation.

I'm glad you enjoyed it - it helped me while away the afternoon!

Hah!! Liz has Jimmy for a neighbour!!! (I'm guessing he's not still 'with angel' by then...?!)

And poor Dean, trying so hard to remember... I like the idea of Jimmy's presence making him feel more relaxed about Liz living there though! Great twist!

I'm being a little vague, because I don't know where Kripke's taking the Castiel situation. But I'm tending toward yes, Cas is still there, living undercover as a human.
