Damn girl, this was brilliant! Love the running theme of subjunctive mood and how you put it all together. I do see Alicia (well, the Highland Park Alicia) as someone who always sees herself as part of an entity. I'm glad that before she sees a Kalinda and Alicia you did show sides of her that have become independent. <3

Oh, I ADORED this... the idea of it, the execution of it. It's deliciously, angstily sexy, and I felt every bit of Alicia's mournfulness at the loss of whatever weird thing it was that they had, and the angry manifestation of her longing when she can't repress it any longer (the answer to "I hate you" should ALWAYS be wine and sex, for K/A.) And yes, YES on that beautiful, perfect, hopeful ending, even though I feel a little bad for Will, these two need to know each other's INTENTIONS. And their intentions, no matter what they are, should always, always involve each other.
