my weekend was, as the ghetto folk would say, da shit.
Friday: i chilled hardcore with...my mom. :o). we went to mall, where my little sister got her ears pierced (it's the cutest thing...really, it is), and i bought some cd's (Copeland - Beneath Medicine Tree, Straylight Run's CD, and an actual copy of Converge's Jane Doe, which i'm really happy about cause i was tired of having to dig through various burned cd's just to listen to Converge. Holla.) and a big CD case, so i don't have all my shit in four different cases. It's so nifty, and it saves a whole hell of alot of time. Amen. Then we went out for dinner. We went to Stallone's. As I was getting one last refill at the soda thing-a-ma-bobber (is it a fountain? i mean, it doesn't squirt soda up in the air or anything...), John Samuel popped out of the back like that kid in Hey Arnold that always pops up behind Helga. He's alot cooler than that kid, so it was, you know...cool.
Saturday: Woke up ridiculously early. My mom came in my room at 7:00am and asked me if I was up for going to IHOP. I am ALWAYS up for going to IHOP, stank you very much. So, I got my lazy ass out of bed, got ready, and jumped in the car and went to IHOP, where my mom dilligently tried to figure out what sort of things she could do with my brother. What can a mom do with a 17-year-old boy? I suggested just smoke a blunt. She didn't like that idea. Ohhhhhh welllllll. I went home. Bummed around for a little bit. Eventually, I went to Anna's. Ilana came over a little later, they went to the mall. i had to go get Cid, so I told them we'd meet them there. And we did :o). We must've been in FYE for at least an hour. Cid bought a CD, i think. After that he left, and Anna, Ilana and I chilled for a bit. Ilana and I made our purchases (Death By Stereo's In The Valley of Death for me, As I Lay Dying's Frail Words Collapse for Ilana), got something to eat, and went to my place. Chilled for a not-so-hot minute, then went to Ilana's house. Anna and I were sleeping over...all was cool 'til Ilana pulled out that damn box. oh well. it was a total bonding thing, though. We watched A Clockwork Orange(because Anna hadn't seen it yet), and went to sleep.
Sunday: Anna woke up mad early because her parents told her that she had to work. So, Ilana and I chilled, made pancakes, and watched Golden Girls, because we're bad ass like that. Ilana and I sat outside for an hour, just smoking cigarettes and enjoying the weather. We went back inside, and noticed that Anna had called her a couple of times. Turns out she didn't have to work, so we went back to my place. We sat around trying to figure out something to do. I called Jess-Jess. She said she and Brittany were planning to have a little barbecue, and asked us if we'd care to join. Went to Jess'. Hung out at the pool. Britt and Goron showed up about an hour later. While we were waiting, this guy Joseph invited himself over to hang with us. He kept fucking hitting on everyone, and it was really annoying. But it was fun. We got our crunk on!. <333333. I made my way home at around 8, ate, and went to bed. Ich war gepupst.
Today: skipped school, now i'm hanging with jess-jess. don't know what the hell we're gonna do today, but i'm sure it'll be interesting. holla fo' a dolla.
random thoughts: the smartest thing John Nolan ever did was leave Taking Back Sunday and start Straylight Run. Because TBS doesn't have SHIT on Straylight Run. Motha'Fucka'.
