just watched Army of Darkness with Dave, Cid, John and Courtny. Crazy shit. it's another one of those b-rate horror movies that is just so obscenely bad and cheesy that it's enjoyable. good times, son.
john and dave went to 7-11, leaving me here in John's room while courtny and cid shack up in his room. lovely. just lovely. ::shudder::
last night was awesome, as saturday nights should be. EVERYONE was over getting crunk. jess-jess had to go to work all hung over and what-not (sucks for you, beeeotch! BONK!). anna crashed at my house last night. It's official: When ever Anna comes over we MUST listen to Lamb of God at a ridiculously loud volume and jam out. Anywho, she woke up at eight and went home. From her house, I went to my dad's, grabbed some grub and fell asleep for about two hours. I woke up and headed to Cid's house and chilled with cary and geo (my favorite juggalos!) and listened to (prepare for this shit...) ICP. They've managed to get everyone to at least like ICP and Twiztid. hehe.
after i hung out there for a little while, i went home and popped in the Transplants. I forgot how much I enjoyed listening to them. it reminds me of all the good times spent at Cid's house.
I came back over to Cid's and, as I said, we proceeded to watch Army of Darkness. after that we all took a smoke break, came back in, and jammed to The Used. Once again, I forgot how much I fucking LOVE their first CD. no matter how old it gets, i still find myself feeling all of the same emotions i felt the first time i listened to it every time i listen to it. amazing. it makes me feel a little better about being a (self-proclaimed) fuck-up. it's one of those cds that you listen to that offers clairty when nothing makes sense, because Bert McCracken is a fuck-up that understands. Like Frank Zappa said, "you either get it or you don't". and i've gone way too far into this. laugh out loud.
