you know why Bush won? all the freaky ass right-wing uber-christians went and voted as christians, by this i mean based on morals, and not as informed voters that care about the real issues. Damnit. This is really lame.
you know what's funny? Alot of my guy friends are talking about moving to Canada to avoid being drafted, which, despite what The Confused Monkey says, will probably happen. Iraq is going to turn into Vietnam: II. And everyone knows that sequel is never as good as the original. Seriously though, never has the election of any president caused a country to consider mass exodus, and it scares me that one man can cause a nation to consider such a life altering decision. it's insane and it's not right.
i got home just in time to watch John Kerry's concession speech. I teared up a little, because he seemed very sincere in what he said. John Edwards' foreword was rather touching as well. Kerry gets many kudos for taking his "loss" like a man and not bitching about it. Damnit, America passed on a good president.

in other news, Toni and Nate are totally gonna get it on (in emo terms that means that they'll hold hands and make friendship bracelets for one another while listening to something totally hardcore but with emo ass lyrics (Boys Night Out, anyone?!), only because Nate doesn't get down to that emo shit.)
