Feeling Hot Hot Hot
Yay! Summer is here. It arrived yesterday. I don't even need a jacket past sunset anymore. :D
I love the heat. It came at just when I needed cheering up too. Last week was horrible, but this week was so much happier. Reasons Why:
- The heat in the air is back. Which means no more frozen fingers from bad circulation and less doses of steriods to keep my lungs functioning (prescrition preventitives, nothing illegal -or fun- about it).
- I have the house to myself for a couple of weeks so I have rediscovered dancing through the rooms without caring how stupid I look. I don't like going to pubs or clubs so I dance only when home alone - it's been a long while since I've had such dorky fun.
- Living alone makes me happy. Just a fact.
- Amazon.co.uk was having a sale on Sci-fi DVDs so I got the last two seasons of TNG at half price. I now have all seven seasons.
- My cat is all snuggles lately and so is my Dad's cat (because dad is away and his cat needs consolation hugs)
- I spent hours and hours yesterday watching the last ten episodes of La Corda D'oro on youtube. I love that show, it makes me want to learn an instrument.
- And a whole heap of other things that I couldn't be bothered writing about.
And that is all I have to say. I'm really just here to bounce around with happiness. :D
