I don’t really hate anything and the only person I truly dislike is my paternal grandmother. She done some major psychological damage to my family.

My nose doesn’t really work but one of the few (pleasant) things I can smell is jasmine.

Um, I have a pair of diamond stud earrings that my mum bought for me for a dance recital. She was way more into dancing than I was. And a sapphire ring that my parents gave me at my high school graduation. I never wear either.

My phone runs on credit. $50 will last me two or three months - I think it expires after that.

Um today I did the laundry, went on Quill chat, read some fanfiction, did some writing and watched the first four episodes of Kid Nation at Stubefied’s recommendation. I’ve yet to make dinner and finish my writing (hopefully).

Um Scratch-its and a two dollar bet on Melbourne Cup Day is as much as I bother with.

Last night’s dinner: T-bone steaks with pommes and veg.

I had a head cold last Wednesday/Thursday.
60. Random fact about you?
The first thing the doctor said to my mother after I was born was “You do realize, she’s deformed?”, which wasn’t really true. He was just grumpy at her for not getting an abortion when he had informed her how likely it was that there would be complications with me. I turned out with nothing wrong other than a couple of webbed toes (the supposed deformity) that I inherited from my paternal grandfather and my maternal great grandmother. This is only one of many reasons why I don’t trust doctors.
