Monster.
It wasn't the first time that you had heard him say those words to you.
It wasn't the first time that you had faced him, seeking only one thing ... only to have it be denied from the one person you loved most of all.
And I have to kill you.
It wasn't the first time that you tried to ignore him, tried to pretend that he had not said those words -- had not called you a -- a --
Monster.
It wasn't the first time that you had stood there, silently looking up at him and staring him right in the eyes, as he blamed you. Blamed you for everything. In his eyes, the fault could be no one else's.
The problems at home were only to be blamed on you.
Trouble with Father? Obviously it was your fault.
Brothers and sisters having trouble? Once again, the fault can only be placed at your feet alone.
It wasn't the first time he had seen things this way.
It wasn't the first time that he forced you away from him, glaring with nothing but disgust and hatred as he left you alone --
It wasn't the first time that he turned away from you when you had only sought out his help -- sought out his support.
You're a monster, Lucifer.
It wasn't the first time that he had uttered those words to you, that he had looked at you and rather than see a brother, had seen only an enemy.
And I have to kill you.
It wasn't the first time that you could see him look at you and know that he saw only a being that needed to be destroyed.
