Round 4 - Again

Round 4 will now run until September 20th. If you signed up last round but were unable to complete your claim, you may now finish for the month of September. If you haven't signed up but would like to, you may do so here. Voting for round 4 will go up as normal at the end of the round as normal, regardless of the number of new submissions. We'll see how things go next month.
