Oh hey guys! Basically, I've started shipping/writing fanfic in my head for real life. Like, for people I KNOW. It started because I have this massively annoying reoccurring crush on one of my friends (like a skin rash or something, like hives, i don't even know, maybe I'm really allergic to him). We get along great and I almost always have an amazing time with him and we just have a great vibe you know? Good tv, we would make. The problem is, he has a long term girl friend that he's probably going to marry. And the even bigger problem is, I want them to get married! They're adorable and stable and pretty much awesome, I definitely do not want them to break up in any way. And I don't even want a relationship with this guy or anything, I just really really reaaaaaaaaaallly want to make out with him.
And so I realized, I'm basically shipping us. The omni shipper in me that looks at every book/tv show/movie and just sees all the potential porn is now becoming the real me. Because I just want like, a PWP ficlet for me and this dude and then for life to go back to canon. Hahahah it's so ridiculous. And once I realized what I was doing, I've started doing it for my other friends! And it's hilarious! There are so many fun pairings in my group!
